Payment Help - Creator Review Required
Payment Help Policy
This page explains the public payment path: Archive Review Credit checkout can settle, signed Stripe webhooks can mark the archive credit paid, and a full refund can revoke or flag that paid state for review.
Archive Review Credit
- The current Archive Review Credit is a one-time payment processed by Stripe.
- A completed checkout may mark the Archive Review Credit as paid or settled for Archive source-check purposes.
- A refund, dispute, chargeback, duplicate payment, or payment reversal may revoke, suspend, or place that access state into manual review.
- Payment does not guarantee publication, acceptance, discovery credit, or expedition participation.
Refund Handling
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where Stripe supports it.
- Stripe and card network timing may affect when funds appear on a customer statement.
- Payment processing costs, taxes, and non-refundable third-party costs may affect final accounting treatment.
- Refund requests should include the payment email, approximate payment date, and reason for review.
Disputes And Abuse
- Disputed or reversed payments may pause paid features while the account is reviewed.
- Fraud, duplicate discovery drafts, chargeback abuse, or policy violations may limit future paid access.
- Arcoverse does not store card numbers; payment processing and card data are handled by Stripe.
Visitor Payment Help Path
Visitors should keep payment questions tied to the public Archive route and published policy. This page explains the path but does not issue refunds, change accounts, send messages, or promise bank timing.
