Refund Accounting
- Refund timing and fee treatment can depend on Stripe, banks, card networks, and accounting settings.
- Refunded Archive fees may revoke or pause the corresponding paid access state while the account is reviewed.
- Final launch requires an approved owner for tax configuration, refund handling, and monthly reconciliation.
